Safe Spaces

"This body of work centers around the idea of ‘containment’. I have contemplated the inner restlessness that arises from the echos of events unresolved in personal history and the need for spaces to hold and contain these. I have used colour and composition to frame spaces of contemplation and reflection. These places are deeply personal and are created to foster visual possibilities for connectedness and resolution. I have worked with acrylic, fabric and mixed media on paper."
